First off, I would like to say I'm not a bad pet owner, please don't judge me! I've done everything I know to do for my turtle and I've visited and called local experts on what to do but they can't tell me exactly what's wrong, only how to go about attempting to treat it. I've been doing regular water changes and treating the water, also adding algae fix every three days because there's now an algae problem. My turtle's diet includes pellets, dried shrimp, and dried meal worms. I've added calcium supplements recently to try and help my turtle but it doesn't seem to be working. Also he acts completely normal. He's eating fine, he's very active, and basks regularly. Can someone please tell me what's going on or what I'm doing wrong? Thank you in advance! -Ally
