My Feeding Schedule

While my herpetologist says it is alright, I do want some second opinions.

I have been criticized for my feeding by multiple people, and to be honest I am not sure why.

I feed ReptoMin pellets every other day with calcium dust on them.
I feed scallops every 5 days (or so), salmon every week, and spinach every few days.
I also feed guppy culls to them whenever available.

This is all for my 3 juvie RES and Eastern Painted, along with their 3 goldfish companions (They don't like Comets I guess.. Releasing them into my neighbor's goldfish pond this spring.)

They aren't overweight, or underweight.. I am just curious if there is anything wrong with what I am feeding them. :) Thank you!

Well thanks guys, glad to see some people think it's OK.

I do think it's a bit over the top, but the baby RES have had many problems when I purchased them.. I was told to keep them on a well rounded diet.. But people are acting like I'm doing a bad job around here. Ah well, I guess!

So I took them over, spent about 150 on herpetologist visit + antibiotics.. I called Turtleshack and they wouldn't do anything for me. Grrrr. :/ Ah well.

Yeah, I'm sure there's some good turtle shipping site out there -- But personally, I wouldn't have ordered from any, and purchased some locally. There's quite a few ads on craigslist! LOL
