It's definitely worth a try Yes!! Give it a go! If you can, take a ruler and measure the shell length from head to tail and write it down... for BOTH turtles. That is your baseline starting point. Turtles are measured with a flat ruler and not over the shell with a soft tape and head and tail are NOT included. Measure say every 2 weeks or monthly for the next 6 months... and see if the wee one is growing or not. The larger may also grow but at a slower rate, thereby allowing the little one to catch up.
